BOOKING POLICY: For all regular photography sessions a N5,000 non-fundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due on the session date, if any.

For wedding packages; at least a 50% retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves partly as a cancellation fee less any administrative costs. The remaining balance (if any) is due two (2) weeks before the date of the wedding. you can break this up into multiple payments if needed. Kindly note that the cancellation fee is 20% of total cost exclusive of any discounts offered including any related bank charges and costs.

PAYMENT: All retainer fees must be paid immediately to hold the date. Available payment options include transfer, cash, Visa & Master Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For regular photography sessions, client forfeits their session retainer and the N5,000 paid to book the session date will act as a cancellation fee. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, we ("Paruto Media") will keep part of the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee as a result of administrative costs. Cancellation must be made in writing, signed by the contracted parties, and sent to media[at]paruto.io. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, we will do our best to accommodate and no cancellation fee will be charged if the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable. If we are not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

NB: If Paruto Media cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to our Staff illness or emergency, then Paruto Media shall return the retainer fee (excluding any bank-related charges) to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply if photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Paruto Media. In the event Paruto Media fails to perform for any other reason, Paruto Media shall not be liable for any amount more than all monies paid (excluding any bank-related charges).
